The Aura Cards are a useful and playful way to get to know yourself better by providing insight into your - personality, emotions, behaviours, beliefs, how others see yourself and your strengths and your weaknesses. Seeing our difficult emotions and personality traits is the 1st step towards healing and making positive changes.

A seven card chakra spread is how I use the Aura Cards in consults with clients. Each card placement represents what is being identified within each chakra, giving us a map to see where your energy is flowing and where it may be becoming stagnant.

These cards highlight yourself in positive ways, encouraging you to see the empowering and beautiful sides of your personality too. Which is great because we can get caught up in focusing on the negative, forgetting to validate and celebrate the positive in ourselves.
